“Its so refreshing to find a company that is actually based in Britain the customer service was friendly helpful they saved me the hard work of finding a good deal on my gas and electric and free price compare even took care of the switching over for me they have saved me time and money im very pleased with this company”

“How easy it was to change supplier I just put my details forward and selected who I would like to change supply to and supplied my gas and electric meter readings and the rest was done for me. I am now with my new supplier no problems at all”

“I was with EDF & was paying £123.00 / month & after going on your website they were comparable with other providers so I chose to stay with an estimate of £400 / saving. When EDF confirmed the new monthly direct debit to me it stayed at £123.00. After phoning them & saying I wanted to cancel they reduced it to £96/ month but I still said I wanted to cancel it & it reduced to £80/month, which I eventually accepted. So no not happy & didn't deliver what was promised.”

“The process was very simple. My previous contract was with Shell, who were offering a new fixed contract, but when I contacted to ask what the standing charge was for each fuel, and cost per Kw/hr, the auto reply said “ I do not have training to answer that”. Pathetic.”
