“I've never used a site like this before, and I was secpital. However the service was 100% helpful. The lady helped me every step of way. You have 14 days to opt out. E.on however take a little longer to update the change, but I'm ok with this. I will do this next year or anytime I wish to swap. They do broadband also. Very happy.”

“I accepted your advice and made a change to Utility Point! and received a ref.no: E.96406879. on the 9th August. On the 14th Aug: I received an e.mail from your customer services stating that my application to switch had been rejected by the supplier and no information as to why! I have contacted your customer services and they are investigating. Today I received an e.mail from British gas notifying the closure on my acc wef 4thSept.”

“I checked my dual fuel plan against a number of suppliers after my supplier advised I could change to a better one. However I was happy with my supplier's service, but they failed to mention I could get a better tariff, without switching. This site offered a better exclusive price than even the Supplier tariff, which was suprising. I called to check that it was correct and how they could offer better rates before I booked it, as it was a much better deal than expected.”
