“I am a disabled user of both gas and electric and have in the past had problems getting a supplier because I have a smart meter, because of this i was very uneasy to let the free price compare find me someone, but they made it very easy , by doing everything for me all i had to do was set the direct debit, and i can not thank the staff enough for all they have done”

“happy with deal i have but the info i got from the advisor was wrong i wanted to pay direct debit and was on the contract but advisor never took my bank details and told me scottish power would be in touch so i phoned sc power 2 weeks later they said advisor should have taken my bank details so i still pay 2 weeks by card”

“The switch was very easy however whilst I am staying with the same company after my current deal ends, the company is still asking me to sign a fresh deal. Not the deal I switch to.”

“This was the first time I used this comparison website having used some of the more familiar ones in the past for a dual fuel supply offer. Compared to those I've used before this seemed to be much easier to use and more streamlined in its process. It was able to recommend several better value offers straight away. As a bonus I managed to get an unsolicited offer on a cheaper home services policy as well which is saving me nearly £10 a month in itself. Thank you Free Price Compare.”
