“I have been very happy with Fredrick Thomas. They have supplied me with three ties now, all each unique and fashionable. I did however have an issue with one order not arriving as it was pictured. This was quickly rectified and I was compensated greatly.”

“I ordered one tie with swallow motifs initially and was so impressed by the quality that I ordered a further two identical ones as gifts to other family members . Packaging is beautifully done and delivery is super quick . Will definitely be purchasing many more.”

“Tie arrived nicely wrapped and packaging which led me to think the tie would be fantastic. The front of the tie was lovely, nice material and detailing. Unfortunately I turned the tie over and the stitching was almost like tacking stitches, it just wasn't finished off. After emailing and trying to send pictures as requested ( eBay policy meant pictures were blocked ) I was promised a new tie, I did not receive it. I was told by Frederick Thomas that it had been sent via royal mail and had been processed as being received. I was told to contact royal mail. The tie was needed for my partners mums funeral so he just wore a different one. Really disappointed but couldn't be bothered with the hassle of following it up. I emailed them so many times explaining what the tie was needed for. They asked for pictures and the tone of their email was almost flippant. Such a shame as had the tie not had that bad stitching it would have been lovely.”
