“The ties have always been first rate and available at affordable prices. I am a regular customer for these reasons.”

“Sadly the wrong ties were delivered and it took best part of a week of complaining to get any response. Customer services never answered the phone and reception, although very nice, could do nothing but pass on my messages. When CS did contact me, no apology or mention of refund for postage when I return the wrong ties. Still waiting to hear and to find out what is happening about the ties I do want!”

“About 10 years ago I realized the knitted tie can suit a wide range of occasions: Office, wedding, date night or cocktail party. And there's something to be said for the texture, colours and uniqueness. I was elated to see Frederick Thomas offered a nice variety of skinny knits (5cm) with polka dots and white hearts - taking my A-Game to another level! #MustBuy”
