“Excellent service. From initial visit to fitting by Lindsay I could not be more satisfied. Appointments on time, great looking blinds and, most importantly, excellent communication - reminder in advance texts re fitting date, very polite text on day prior to fitting asking for 30/60 minutes leeway on time if required ( traffic?) right through to a call from Lindsay saying when he would arrive - all very much appreciated. Thank you all for 'old fashioned' courtesy.”

“Faultless! I am thrilled from the initial visit to quote to the finished product. It was a big job and I am really fussy. The fitter was Thomasz, he was so good. Really tidy, quiet while working and very efficient. Thank you Fraser James Blinds”

“OMG I love my shutters! I did lots of shopping around and FJB seemed the best. I knew they were good when they told me there would be a few month wait to get them made ( a good sign in my opinion!) After having them fitted this week (by Tomasz) I know they are the best! Will definitely use again :-)”

“I wanted Plantation style shutters and had received quotes from other local companies. Fraser Blinds were above competition on both price and approach to the request for a quote. Their customer service was excellent. Yes, it was a long wait from order to installation but well worth the wait! The installation was straight forward and I am so pleased with the shutters.”
