“Lindsay fitted electric blinds in our kitchen today. Beautifully fitted and explanation on how to operate and care for them given too. He had to deal with a wavy ceiling but that didn’t phase him. A great job! Thank you Lindsay”

“Tomas fitted my white bathroom shutter yesterday and it looks amazing! I am so happy with the service that I am now looking to update the shutters in my whole house. I will definitely be asking for Tomas to fit them again as he did such a lovely job and was very respectful and professional in my home. I can highly recommend Fraser James for service, quality and price.”

“We had shutters fitted to six windows, one was a round window. Tomas our fitter did an excellent job explaining the process and then showing us how the shutters open and close afterwards. Tomas was pleasant and excellent at his job. I would recommend Fraser James blinds and Tomas as a quality fitter of shutters.”

“Service was excellent from start to finish. The chap that came to measure up gave ideas and took time to explain the whole process. Fitting was arranged by phone with a lady who was polite and worked around us. Lindsay, who came to fit the blinds was polite, quick , and knowledgeable about the products. We are happy with our new blinds, and would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service, no pressure sales. We are really please with the patio door blinds and the blinds in the en suite. Good quality for the price . Many compliments. Expert , quick fitting. Just what we wanted.”

“The whole process from Fraser coming around in person to measure up methodically to Ned and Justin fitting the shutters to perfection as well as explaining how they worked. It's a refreshing change to have service these days. We are due to have more shutters fitted in the near to mid future and will be using these guys again without question. Thank you.”

“From the first enquiry to having the blinds fitted, Fraser James Blinds have been excellent. They may charge more than other Companies but you pay for quality. Company is professional, extremely quick response times, you can see the quality of the blinds. Lindsay fitted the whole house today and he was organised, quick, friendly and was very kind in answering any questions I had. Thank you Lindsay. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Fraser James Blinds. Wonderful service.”

“Really poor customer service. Completely unwilling to discuss if there are any issues or to make any reasonable attempt to resolve them. Genuinely poor business management. Wish I had read more reviews as others seem to have similar experiences when there have been issues.”
