“Salesman who came out was professional, helpful, honest and helped us choose the wooden shutters for two downstairs windows. The fitter Tomasz was extremely professional, and fitted both shutters extremely quickly and efficiently. Early days but the shutters look amazing.”

“We have had the first part of our order installed, following a very efficient measuring service, and are very happy with the service and installation - they look fab! Our installer Lindsay was on time, very professional and very friendly. He fitted the blinds quickly, with no mess and very efficiently. can't fault them. Looking forward to the shutters now.”

“Fantastic service from Fraser James, from measuring up all the way through to fitting. A friendly company to deal with that offered very good customer service. Our blinds were fitted by Lindsay who was professional throughout, knowledgeable and made a brilliant job of transforming our lounge with new blinds.”

“I had my appointment with the rep on the 20/10/21 to measure up then I had a phone call on the 12/11/21 to say they had a cancellation and could fit my blinds on the 13/11/21 I accepted that appointment. Lindsey the fitter arrived on the morning to fit my blinds absolutely perfect very professional I had 6 vertical and 2 Venetian all completed in a couple of hours I’m absolutely thrilled with how Lindsey Fitted my blinds and would highly recommend Fraser James blinds.”

“Lindsay installed a number of roller and Venetian blinds at our house last week, including some Venetian blinds in an awkward bay window. He was every thorough and was keen to make sure we were happy with the job before he left. Really professional, friendly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend”

“We had Lindsay fit some roller blinds for a bay window and two Venetian blinds for a bedroom recently. What a professional services, very respectful of property and even cleaned up after himself and asked if we were happy with product and fitting. Would definitely recommend and will be using the company again in the future.”
