“Really poor customer service. Completely unwilling to discuss if there are any issues or to make any reasonable attempt to resolve them. Genuinely poor business management. Wish I had read more reviews as others seem to have similar experiences when there have been issues.”

“We are so over the moon with our new shutters, they look absolutely amazing! Fraser James have been wonderful from start to finish and Tomas who fitted our shutters was great. He was so polite and has done such a fantastic job - thank you again :-)”

“Fraser James Blinds were recommended to us when we were looking to replace our perfect fit blinds. We have been really impressed with their service from our initial enquiry through to installation. Lindsay, who came to install our blinds, arrived promptly and was friendly and polite and took no time at all to fit the new blinds. We are extremely happy with our new blinds and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fraser James to others and indeed use them again ourselves.”

“Recently had blinds fitted in the kitchen and bathroom. Excellent service throughout. After sales service quickly responded and fixed a small problem we had. Most recently had a shutter fitted in the bedroom bay window by Tomasj. The shutter is good quality and looks amazing . Tomasj provided a punctual , professional service. Due to the shape of the window it was a difficult fit which he dealt with easily. Cleaned up after the work was finished. We would recommend him and the company without hesitation .”

“Highly recommend, love our new shutters. Fraser gave us great advice when choosing the shutters. Tomas our fitter is an asset to your team. Arrived on time, introduced himself, completed the job to perfection. Tidied up and showed us how to use/look after shutters. Thank you”

“Great service from Fraser James Blinds. Lindsay did a thorough job fitting two Venetian blinds in my kitchen. I couldn’t believe how quick he installed them and was very professional. Very happy customer and would definitely recommend Fraser James Blinds to anyone.”

“Very happy with my blinds. They look great, fit perfectly and were fitted quickly and professionally by our fitter Lindsay. This is the second set of blinds we’ve bought from Fraser James. Definitely use them again and recommend them do anyone who needs new window dressings.”

“I’ve used Fraser James Blinds twice now, initially for blinds and most recently for shutters. The service received from the initial telephone contact, site visit and installation has been excellent. I would like to shout out Tomas for the fitting of the shutters. He was very polite, friendly and kept each room clean and tidy throughout the day. He evidently takes pride in his work and explained what I could do / not do with the shutters in the first 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Fraser James Blinds.”
