“Great choice of blinds and met all appointment commitments on time . Easy to contact, friendly service. Fantastic customer service from Tomasz who installed our blinds. Everything what customer service should be from behaviours through to quality. Very efficient, friendly and cleaned up when complete. Took time to demonstrate the blinds and answered all questions patiently. A great sevice.”

“From the initial appointment, through to purchase to fitting, Fraser James blinds customer service has been impeccable. Lots of choice with fabrics and styles, helpful advice, competitive quote and great communication. On the day of installation we had Tomasz to install. He was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. His attention to detail is second to none. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Our fitter Tomasz has done an excellent job and was punctual and polite. There are a couple of minor snags which he is working to rectify - the end caps are missing - I hadn’t noticed until he pointed them out!”
