“I was very impressed by how quickly my blinds were installed. There was no mess and the installation person was on time and polite (Lindsay). He also explained how to use and maintain them very patiently. Overall fantastic”

“I had new shutters fitted yesterday on the front of my house. Exceptional job! Both men, Ian and Mark, were friendly, professional and their work is exquisite. No damage, no mess and no stress! Would 100% recommend and if I need anything else done in future I know who to call. Thankyou Ian and Mark for making my house feel like home again.”

“Fraser James provided a very quick and efficient service from start to finish I am very pleased with the white wooden blinds, they look lovely and the fitter Lindsay was very polite and did a great professional job of installing them The price was great, I would highly recommend Fraser James to anyone who is looking for blinds Thank you”

“We had tape blinds to 3 windows at the front of our house. Great service from initial measurement taking by Frazer to fitting with Lindsay who was so friendly and did a great job! Our Blinds look excellent so pleased thank you”

“We ordered shutters for the bottom two windows at the front of our house. We are really happy with the blinds and also communication regarding fitting was great. Mark fitted ours and he was friendly and did a great job. He also fully explained how to use and care for the blinds and called to let us know when he was on his way. Would highly recommend!”

“We had shutters in our bedroom all bespoke odd sizes and shapes. Great service everyone was so helpful and the price bracket was very good we are delighted with the result. When it came to fitting Tomas was amazing he is totally customer focused and a super nice guy”

“Recently had shutters installed. They have exceeded our expectations. Not only were they a third less expensive than a nationwide blind company (even in their ‘half price sale’) they were able to provide options they could not. They arrived and were fitted a month before we expected too so double bonus! Thanks so much for wonderful service and fitting- Tomas was very professional. Great to support a local business, highly recommend.”

“Had shutters fitted in my newly decorated bedroom. Really happy with them, fitted very professionally and couldn’t tell theyd been in the room when they finished. It was left clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Worth every one of the 5 stars I’ve given them”

“I have to give them 5 stars. From the moment Roy turned up to take measurements and quote, I have no doubt that my mind was made up. Fraser James Blinds were my favourite. I wasn’t too keen paying off the remaining amount before installation day, but Rachael and the girls in the office reassured me. When Lindsay came for installation, I was like « is it just you doing the whole house?» and he was like I do 3 or 4 of this a day. Installation was so quick and efficient and tidy, I was blown away. Blinds looks great, very happy. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. Value for money? Definitely, please keep up the good work.”

Our prepayment policy protects us from failure to pay, which we have unfortunately experienced, however, we give a great warranty and have a dedicated aftercare team so rest assured if there are any issues at all, we'll be there to help. “We had our shutters fitted yesterday and they are absolutely fab ! We have waited nearly 5 months but the salesperson did set that expectation at the time of order so there were no false promises. The fitter Tomas arrived at the time given, he was super friendly, super professional and did an amazing job. Also Tomas cleaned up superbly after him which is a rarity from contractors nowadays. Thank you to Fraser James Blinds and Tomas.”

“I’ve used Frazer James blinds twice now and would completely recommend them. Fairly priced, honest company who will work with you to get the best results! Lindsay fitted my blinds yesterday, they look great! He even helped me to hang a picture that I couldn’t reach…. Above and beyond!! Thank you”
