“Lindsay gave me a 30 min courtesy call before arriving. Came in and fitted the blinds perfectly. Very happy with the blinds and the service!”

“Couldn’t fault the service from start to finish will definitely be recommending, and the fitter Tomasz was absolutely superb, polite, efficient and his attention to detail was brilliant would definitely want Tomasz back again many thanks James Fraser Blinds and a big thanks to Tomasz from Ali Nuneaton”

“Definitely five stars, Fantastic service today from Fraser James blinds from the very first conversation to arrange a visit Excellent! We were kept updated throughout even changing the fitting date to suite us. Lindsay was the fitter who was punctual polite, professional and very friendly with 11 windows and 1 Patio door all fitted perfect this is a man that knows his stuff, also cleaning up as he went along, (much appreciated). Lindsay is a credit to the company what a great bloke. Excellent quality blinds our rooms look amazing I'm very happy. And with a 2 year warranty what more can you ask for. I have already recommended this company and will continue to do so. Thank you so much.”

“From start to finish Fraser James Blinds has been great to deal with. We can’t fault to service from office staff, the gentlemen who came to measure our windows and the fitter, Tomasz who installed our shutters. Tomasz was on time and fitted everything quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend Fraser James and can’t wait to order with them again!”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Amazing value and quality of product far ahead of the national players such as Hillary’s. Our fitter was Tomasz who arrived perfectly on time and completed installation of our Venetian blinds and fitted patio blinds very efficiently and to a very high standard. Would highly recommend!”

“From start to finish, everything was brilliant. Measurements were taken, and a date made for delivery and fitting. There was a slight hold-up with Customs meaning the shutters were delayed by a week, but I was kept well informed, received an apology, and a new date was set. These things happen - it’s how you deal with. On the rearranged date, the fitter arrived dead on time, and did a fantastic job on what was clearly a tough job ....these old houses....! He worked solidly and diligently until the job was done. The fitter, Tomasz took great pride in his work, and was most affable. He did a really first class job: we’re truly delighted. We absolutely recommend Fraser James Blinds, and of course, Tomasz who made us very confident from the start of the fitting until he finally drove away. Awesome! Thanks all for a job well done.”

“TOMASZ came and fitted 4 shutter blinds today. Arrived on time, very pleasant to talk to. Was not expecting him to be so quick at his work and the quality of work was 100%. Could not recommend Tomasz enough to all my family and friends.”

“Very happy with the service. Quick Efficient but still professional and good quality blinds. Issue with one blind being to long which was due to factory error, fitter Tomasz was very helpful explaining this and even giving us these review cards off his own back which shows great dedication and professionalism. Look forward to our shutters being sorted aswell as replacement blind. Great company”
