Love foxy locks, I wouldn't order any other brand now, I alway get the colour ice latte as it matches my hair colour perfect, however this time the colour doesn’t seem the same, it seems to have more golden tones rather than white. So, I had to wash with purple shampoo before I could wear them. That’s the reason for the 4 star rather than 5.

Absolutely LOVE these extensions! I used the colour match service which was spot on! Got so many compliments wearing them and the quality of the hair is fabulous. They don't feel heavy in my head and the tracks are super slim and literally invisible! Will definitely be recommending these extensions to everyone!

I have used Foxy locks for 4 years and I love them. Mocha toffee ombré was a change from my usual Brondie shade and they blend in so well with my own hair. Great quality and the welts are so flat they are undectable.

I have been ordering Foxy Locks clip in hair extensions and ponytails for the last 4 years and the price has considerably gone up, but unfortunately the quality has gone down. The last ponytail I received was very thin and the hair was shedding immediately. I also only get 1 months wear out of the ponytails as they start matting up and going all frizzy and the colour fades. I’m now trying another brand to see if the quality is better, but Foxy Locks have definitely lost me as a customer.

Highly disappointed with the service received. And lack of customer empathy/ support. Being accused of lying when attempted to return an item. And refusing to provide either a refund or replacement item. The item which came seemed like it had not been packaged correctly or sent out incorrectly. I have been advised that I had broken the seal on the item and due to this the item needed to be returned to me. The items had been sent out with broken seal which is the reason for the return. However foxy lock have refused the return, advising I should have also emailed or phoned them. I had phoned them but due to the weekend they were closed, even though I had submitted refund reason online. They stated this was insufficient. This was my first time purchasing extensions and my sister recommended foxy lock due to the quality of the hair. I am only reviewing based on my personal experiance, I had asked for a manager phone call me to talk through the rational. To which the response was I had been speaking to one via email. And I have had no further communications since. However they are still waiting to return the item to me. And item which is faulty, to which they believe to have been used, and they are wanting me to then accept a return for an opened fault item.

As stated on our website & the return form, all items must be returned unopened without any smell of pollutants within 30 days of receipt to be accepted for a refund. We have very strict dispatch processes in place prior to shipping and we can assure you we would not have sent the item to you in this condition. The quality of the products are great but the returns and customer service are non exisitng. If you buy the correct product frist time then you'll have a great experience but returning something is made incredibly difficult. I was sent a return label that I needed to print (noone has a printer anymore, just send a QR code like everyone else) I had to pay to print this off, just to take it to royal mail to post, for them to tell me that I have to go to a specific royal mail delivery office rather than just a normal post office (again, why? every other company you can just get a QR code and return via a normal post office). I've now recieved an email from the foxylocks team telling me I owe them £3 for this postage and nothing can happen until I pay that. The foxylocks product I bought was already £200, and now I'm expected to pay an extra fee? Why? Awful returns process, really dated and completely puts me off using them.

Really disappointed with the customer service received from foxy locks after receiving a faulty item. To return this item has been an absolute pain. The returns portal has been down and I was advised to pay out of my own pocket to arrange a collection I visited two different courier delivery options who refused to take my parcel as the label was not a correct QR code label and needed to be printed in which I don’t have a printer I was even advised to ask my neighbour if they could print a label for me which I find crazy! This is so disappointing as I am a regular customer of foxy locks and have bought extentions for years and never had any issues with the quality. This one occasion where they had an issue has been such a painful experience to try return. Finally I’m being sent a label in the post but this has been on going back and forwards for weeks why can’t a return process be straight forward.

Lovely quality hair very soft and thick only thing I would say is the shade iced latte isn’t consistent because I have a ponytail in the same shade and my ponytail was way more of a silvery blonde whereas my clip ins was more of a warmer yellow tone with the silvery highlights
