Once - only once during these years - one fossil had been broken, and I can't blame the seller: from the appearance of the box you could you could see that something VERY heavy had squashed it, no amount of padding would have prevented it. Luckily destroyed fossil was not one-of-a-kind, I was sent similar fern fossil upon request.
