I was just disappointed that 2 packs of socks cost 17 pounds to ship and I didn't actually receive them for 3 weeks. I'm afraid I won't be using this company again.

Hi, Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the price paid. We can see you've selected lowest cost option, Royal Mail without tracking (untracked), which is a service can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. This was specified at the time of order and it is also listed on our website https://support.forwardvia.com/article/57-how-long-package-to-reach-me The price paid for shipping not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of a UK address, the acceptance, processing, storing and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required and full customer support for tracked services until delivery. ForwardVia are a service provider and are unable to compete with some retailers who cover their actual costs on the sale of the product. The shipping cost as shown depends purely on both the weight, dimension and shipping destination regardless of the item value, which is an industry standard. I hope this information helps going forward and that you will consider using our services again.

Overall good experience, except that I was unable to repact two packages into one and had to pay the shipping costs twice

Hi, many thanks for leaving us your feedback, it is much appreciated. We can see that you've ordered to consolidate the 2 packages as receive from store. However, each package size is 59 x 59 x 51 cm would make it not possible to combine into one box. Even if it is doable, it is not recommended as, it would make it difficult for the courier to handle causing it prone to damages during international shipping. Perhaps for future orders, you can request for us to have a look to see if it can be consolidated/combined by unpacking and repacking. Our warehouse team will then assess it for you. If possible, we will provide you a quote for you to decide to proceed or ship individually. I hope this information helps going forward and that you will consider using our services again. Reliable and excellent, affordable postage rates via Royalmail to North America (and i would know, as I lived in the UK for around 5 years and would ship things to friends back home regularly). Previously tried another service called Package express and Forward via blew their rates out of the water. Highly recommend for your GB forwarding needs, it definitely is worth it to go for a specialty forwarder based in the UK.

At first i thought it's quite expensive upfront. But i was so relieved that there is no hidden charges once i am ready to ship out,unlike ComGateway(i wonder how many types of surcharges they have),and shipped out very fast! Quick response from the customer supports via email too.

Forwardvia is a godsend. Without them and their wonderful service I wouldn't be able access certain items from vendors who refused to ship outside the UK and EU. They have a very simple and easy to use website and there is no elaborate registration. The website is also easy to use allowing you to track and monitor the receipt of your shipment and to set up a consolidation if necessary. They are honest, efficient and helpful. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help in forwarding goods from the UK to international locations.

A great service - I live in Australia and wanted to order my daughter a limited edition item for her birthday, however the vendor only shipped to UK addresses. I have never used Forwardvia before, however they were fantastic - the product arrived promptly and in perfect condition - thank you. The only thing I would question is whether you should receive an email when a product arrives at the Forwardvia address? I'm not sure if I missed an email, however I only found out my product had arrived by logging onto the platform. (I pre-ordered last December and I was eagerly following the release of the product ie. I knew roughly when to expect it). Apart from that, the staff were very helpful and prompt with answering any questions - I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again. Thank you!

In regards to email notifications, customers receive an automatic notification every time a package is logged into their account, however, these do sometimes go through to spam or junk folders. If at any time there is any doubt of a package has arrived, you can always contact us and we can check it for you or you can add our email address to your address book.
