“I was afraid to use this kind of service. The first time I used something similar (not this company) they charged me a very high rate for just sending a CD from UK to Spain. So I said, never again! But then I found this one. I've made research, reading other reviews, checked the prices and YES, it was accurate and the service perfect. So I can recommend this company for your shippings from UK. Thank you ForwardVia, you have a happy costumer :)”

“I was skeptical at first because I've never used a service like this before. However, everything went super smoothly and I was able to get a UK exclusive item sent to me in Canada. The packaging was great, I could tell they treated the item with care. I will be using them again in the future.”

“Forwardvia saved the day! After having gone through a lot of grief forwarding my unshippable to Malaysia parcels to friends addresses with taxes and the waiting alike, and not forgetting the inconvenience I caused them, I may have found the perfect solution.....Forwardvia They are very efficient and timely. Plus, the process was pretty straightforward and the website dashboard intuitive. I found the shipping a little pricey...please use the tracking option for ease of mind, but they are worth every penny. I will definitely use them again.”

“Portal easy to use, notifications and service are quick and efficient. Services offered are comprehensive. Only downside are the international shipping rates, they can be quite expensive even for simple/light items.”

ForwardVia is a service provider and is unable to compete with some retailers who cover their actual costs on the sale of the product. The price paid to ForwardVia includes the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storing, and preparation of your goods for international transit including any export paperwork required. We also offer full customer support for all tracked shipments until delivery. I hope this information helps explain how shipping fees are charged. “Extremely useful service for forwarding mail/parcels etc onto Alderney (Channel Islands) when the originator won't send it here. I've used the service a few times now and some things are easy & cheap, some a bit more expensive if it contains a battery (for instance). I will use them again.”
