“I have not received the Returns form in my order and my husband just ordered a pair of shoes too and he didnt get the returns form too.”

To confirm, we do not remove anything from our customer's packages when we receive them from the store/seller, nor when the packages are shipped. “Honestly it was a wonderful service! With reason little bit skeptical of the service just in general. I got an email with anything that was received by them so i knew when it arrived. One thing i do love with this service is anything you may want to do it will show you the price. Plus bonus you can select the shipping which was a nice bonus.”

“The shipping options provided are not the cheapest but in return ForwardVia resolves so many issues for the buyer. Thanks to their services I was able to shop from UK retailers who wouldn't otherwise ship to my country. Combining several parcels into one delivers savings on the shipping fees as opposed to shipping separate parcels at different times. Registering on ForwardVia was very straightforward compared to other providers of similar services while the simple user interface was extremely easy to navigate. Throughout the shipping process they keep sending the user email notifications to inform about new parcel arrivals and other items requiring action. I was surprised at how fast my parcel arrived as I was not expecting it before another 10-12 days.”

The price paid for shipping not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of a UK address, the acceptance, processing, storing, and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required, and full customer support for tracked services until delivery. The shipping cost as shown depends purely on the weight, dimension, and shipping destination regardless of the item value, which is an industry-standard. Our rates are publicly available on our shipping calculator to enable visitors to check and compare prices. This helps shoppers to decide whether it is worth shipping or check if it is within their budget. We believe we offer the most competitive shipping rates, compared to other UK forwarders. Some forwarders charge lower shipping rates, but then some charge subscription fees, shorter free storage periods, package receiving fees, mail out, and other charges. Including other charges, the total cost can be higher. Feel free to check the shipping and service rates of some other well-known UK forwarding companies.

“This service was amazing! We wanted to get a weathervane from England and they didn't ship to the US. A friend told us about Forwardvia so we gave them a try. They purchased the weathervane for us and then shipped it. All the different choices for shipping were great and we received it in two days. I highly recommended this service.”

“The website is very easy to use. The products are stored well and packed well and arrived safely. The only reason I don't give 5 out of 5 is the cost. It is quite an expensive procedure. I know that this is not 100% th fault of Forward Via but maybe thy could do a deal with one or two of the freight companies to get the price down.”

“What a great service! We live in Chile now, but there are some special things we would buy from the UK if it wasn't so complicated. Unfortunately, not many companies ship here or they offer only exorbitant courier rates. Forwardvia makes it easy: it gives us a UK address to provide to the merchant, and a good choice of how to forward the package on. All via their easy to use website. Thanks!”

“Was a very efficient service. My only complaint is it was far too expensive. The package I ordered was the size and weight of a mens hanky. The cost was over $35 AU to Australia. Great service but way too expensive for me to consider using again.”

The price paid to ForwardVia includes the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storing, and preparation of your goods for international transit including any export paperwork required.
