“Flawless! I received my package - which was sort of big and had some cosmetics/liquid (therefore labeled “dangerous goods”) - all in tact, well-packaged and surprisingly so quick!! Their customer service team was so efficient over email when I reached out with questions as this was my first time ordering from UK to US. Amazing! So easy and highly recommend. My shipping was pricey but I expected that because of the contents and size.”

“Shipping time was good, price was as quoted (high, but as quoted so no complaints there). I had specified a PO box for delivery, but the courier would not deliver to a PO box and I had to organise and pick it up from the depot, adding a couple of days delay. I would have liked for 'forwardvia' to inform me that the courier would not deliver to a PO box. Perhaps "no PO box" is country (or even city) specific and 'forwardvia' didn't know? But I got the thing in the end!”

“What a seamless experience. I set up my account online and when my order arrived to ForwardVia I simply had to log in to have it forwarded to me in Australia. Within days, my lovely package had arrived. Would absolutely recommend.”

“This was my first time using any mail forwarding service and I am very happy with ForwardVia. I like that I made an account for free, others I looked at charged a fee for this. I was given an address immediately and ordered my items to be shipped there. I received notice from ForwardVia that they had received my package as soon as it was delivered and I was able to quickly arrange to ship it to my house. I feel the price for shipping, which includes their fee, was reasonable. I paid a small amount for extra tape and they sure did tape the box securely. I am very impressed with this service and would absolutely use it again!”

“Unfortunately, I have been misled due to the UI of the website and responses from support. I had ordered the Advent Calendar from Sephora, and when I got it, the package's content was like the Advent Calendar and 3 items. There was no information that the 3 items were parts of the Advent Calendar. The support team told me that they are flammable and I have to pay extra for delivering these items or dispose of them. I decided to dispose of them because I was sure that they are not parts of the Advent Calendar. Unfortunately, when we got the package, we found that the Advent Calendar didn't contain these 3 items, and the present for my wife was not the way she wanted. Other aspects were brilliant, responses were quick.”

Unfortunately, the beauty advent calendar contained some items that were flammable, which would require re-packaging before shipping outside the UK. “I was skeptical about using (any) third party to take care of a purchase and delivery from Europe to Canada but I'm glad I tried Fowardvia. They were quick to purchase the items on my behalf, and once they received the package sent me pictures to ensure everything looked correct and quickly shipped to my attention. The website was easy to navigate, and payment was a breeze. A lot of reviews were disappointed with the cost but honestly, what do you expect? Especially when you are factoring in conversion and duty fees. Shipping isn't cheap anywhere! Forwardvia was priced fairly and I can't wait to use them again. Thank you to the team for there amazing work!”
