The shipping cost not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of our UK address, the acceptance, processing, storing, and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required, and full customer support for tracked services until delivery. The shipping cost depends purely on the weight, dimension, and shipping destination regardless of the item value, which is an industry-standard. Our rates are publicly available on our shipping calculator to enable visitors to check and compare prices. This helps shoppers to decide whether it is worth shipping or check if it is within their budget. We believe we offer the most competitive shipping rates, compared to other UK forwarders. Some forwarders charge lower shipping rates, but then some charge subscription fees, shorter free storage periods, package receiving fees, mail out, and other charges. “ForwardVia is efficient. Provides photos and description of items so that if you have multiple items in transit you know which is which. However, it is expensive compared with VPost for basic shipping to Singapore.”

“Forwardvia provides top-notch service. I have used Forwardvia so many times and it is perfect. Delivery speed is very fast considering the journey it has to take. Once it reaches the HK warehouse, delivery to AUS address is within 3 days. Amazing!! This service allows me access to so many more products.”

“I have used ForwardVia for consolidating and forwarding packages and had some exchanges with their customer support. I have not used any of their additional services. So far, packages have been sufficiently boxed and sealed (standard service) and quickly dispatched. Customer support has responded in a timely matter. With over 10 packages consolidated into 3 forwarded packages, I have had no issues and can recommend ForwardVia.”
