I have opened an account with ForwardVia after Brexit, ordering from the UK has just become too complicated and frustrating both for me as a client and for the small businesses I order from. ForwardVia is great, I just order everything I want to “my” UK address/account and then have everything consolidated and shipped to me once a month. The costs are very reasonable compared to shipping everything individually directly from the seller, parcels are well packed, the website is easy to use and so far I’ve never had problems with customs. I always recommend this service to stores I buy from so they can tell their other clients, since some of them have stopped doing business with Europe altogether.

Forwardvia.com exceeds expectations. They have a comprehensive and organized method in terms of forwarding service. I have tried their Assisted Purchase service and it is excellent. The whole process was very easy - ForwardVia informed me that my package had arrived and within 10 days it was delivered to me in South Africa. Much more convenient than having to ask friends/relatives to forward a package from the UK and the cost of the International Express shipping was also cheaper.

Hi, many thanks for taking time to leave us feedback. We can see that you've chosen to ship using Royal Mail partially tracked service. We can confirm your package has been collected by Royal Mail for onward shipping. Please note once it leaves our premise, we do not handle the delivery when in transit. Delivery can take 15-20 business days (excluding weekends and public holiday), as quoted. It can sometime takes longer depending on the processing speed of the postal system and local custom. After 30 business days, we recommend for you to try to contact your local post to see if they have the package. You can use the local tracking ending with GB for enquiry. Let us know as well, we will check it with the Carrier. We can only apologise for the delay you've encountered with Royal Mail. Let us know if we can be of further assistance to you by contacting us.

Hello It's good. Few Suggestions: 1. Postal charges are quite high. 2. Please increase the storage days from 30 to 60. I am using other services as well & they also provide 60 days. 30 Days is quite less. Regards

Reliable and quick, but only very expensive shipping methods. I would like to see the option for employees to not automatically open incoming packages.

Every package is open with care to check that we are able to ship the goods inside the package safely and legally. It is then resealed in original condition. We do not check the item condition or check against the order. This information is availble on our website and FAQ. Our premise has video recording to ensure the safety of the goods and our employee.
