“I've only been using ForwardVia for a short time. So far the service has been very good, I've received notifications on time for all relevant events and I also like all the options available like photos, labels, extra packaging and shipping. Also, the packages have been dispatched as soon as I completed entering data and payment. The only downside is the shipping prices for premium options are quite high. I don't really know the standard tariffs as I don't usually purchase items from the UK. I understand an overprice is the way ForwardVia collects its fee. But still, I just wish it were a little less expensive.”

“Shipping costs are very expensive, I shipped a medium-sized package in the UK and it cost me 63 pounds. Are you serious? You will lose your customers because of greed. I won't deal with you anymore.”

The price paid for shipping not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of a UK address, the acceptance, processing, storing and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required and full customer support for tracked services until delivery. The shipping cost as shown depends purely on both the weight, dimension and shipping destination regardless of the item value, which is an industry-standard. Shipping fees are calculated on the amount of space that your shipment occupies in transit rather than the actual weight, this is called the volumetric weight. Our rates are publicly available on our shipping calculator to enable visitors to check and compare prices. This helps shoppers to decide whether it is worth shipping or check if it is within their budget. We believe we offer the most competitive shipping rates, compared to other UK forwarders. Shipping cost is all you pay us, provided no other services are needed. Some forwarders charge lower shipping rates, but then some charge subscription fees, shorter free storage period, package receiving fee, mail out, and other charges. Including other charges, the total cost can be higher. Feel free to check the shipping and service rates of some other well-known UK forwarding companies. “I am very pleased with the services of Forward Via . Unfortunately the Greek customs stopped the parcel in Athens and are asking for 300£ for service charges . The parcel will be returned to you and I would like to ask you to separate the contents and send them by mail z unfortunately it is the only way to send to Greece after Brexit.
