“I found this to be a first-class service. Used them to purchase a Christmas present on my behalf to be shipped from UK to Spain when the retailer would not shin to Spain. The process was easy to use and there were plenty of options. The item was very fragile but securely packed and arrived safely via tracked courier on the day promised. Will certainly use it again. “I was quite satisfied with my first two orders, but I didn't like the third one, I thought it was unfair. I chose to consolidate 3 packages that totaled 1.7kg. I read in the FAQ that the packaging in consolidation weighed up to 0.3kg and therefore would not exceed Royal Mail's 2kg limit. The consolidation left the package with 2.2kg, which would give an extra 0.5kg instead of 0.3kg. I had to pay another £7 to remove original packaging and then the package weighed 1.5kg. I suggest that you create some calculation or tool so that we know the correct limit based on your packaging. The other 2 orders were books and magazines too and my calculations worked out fine. The choice of orders cannot be based on luck, there should be something that warns you that the weight will be exceeded without having to pay later to correct the problem. I found it very counterintuitive and explorative.”

Upon checking, there was no note in the consolidation for it to be under 2 kg for Royal Mail shipping or un-packing selected, we do advise adding this information when ordering a consolidation for Royal Mail shipping. This informs our warehouse team so that when they process the order they can unpack and remove any excess packaging. When consolidating packages, we use double-walled outer cartons or boxes, and packaging materials to ensure the contents are well-protected. It is a balance between keeping the package weight and size down while still ensuring goods are protected for international shipping. Customers can always check shipping costs on our online calculator before proceeding or contact our customer support if they have a query regarding the weight of their packages. Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the price paid. We offer one of the lowest shipping rates for forwarding parcels. On top of free registration, package acceptance, processing and free storage, the price paid for shipping not only includes the transit fees, it includes the use of a UK address and dispatch of your goods including any export documentation required and full customer support for tracked services until delivery. We can see you've paid and shipped 2 packages. Both packages according to our courier have been delivered. There was no contact from you regarding the non-delivery of your packages. If you require support, feel free to get in touch with our friendly customer service if you encounter any issues using our service. “Very useful service, was able to get a parcel delivered from a UK tech store that didn’t ship to the UK. Pricing was pretty reasonable; shipping took a bit but I wasn’t in a rush or anything. Definitely recommend this site”
