“I was recommended to Forum Insurance, from the outset Himesh was knowledgeable, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Even though I had a tight deadline to get the insurance within Himesh worked with me to get it sorted in time. Would highly recommend.”

“Steve advised me that he would look into a burglary claim that we have and even after sending him an email twice we have still not received any response. it looks like Forum is a brkerage service without pursuing the clients grievances. I have renewed my insurance this time but will definitely look elsewhere for future needs.”

“Been using the company for a number of years for properties and landlord buy to let. Always been served with courtesy, professionalism and above all just as good by the staff as Mukesh the owner. Rates are competitive. Wealth of experience is second to none. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“I discovered a personal service with accessible personnel, and with someone who cared about my needs. A complete contrast to other brokers who declare on a pre-recorded message before you speak to them on the phone, that they are not there to assist, (but evidently just to give you a price), and then pass you on to a gormless human robot. The price of the policy found by Forum was right too, and I feel 'looked after'.”
