Good food and service The only disappointing point is that I have completed this survey which offers a gift at the end. I received a 5% discount off for the month of July - we are now into August!!!

Products were great. Delivery was not so good. DPD lied about trying to deliver in the allotted time slot. I was home when the message came through to say they had missed me. No delivery was made as nothing on my cameras. The Friday delivery was eventually made on the Monday. Items required for the weekend obviously were not available to me. On delivery the box was badly damaged however the items were all present and undamaged. Can't rate some of the products fairly as I haven't used them yet

Wish I'd found this company long ago - they have the best price for carob, even including postage. It's available in a good choice of different-sized packs, and each time I've ordered so far, it has arrived within a few days.

Very disappointed. Terrible communication. No customer service. Shocking lack of communication. Received a random partial paypal refund one evening almost a week after ordering. Nothing from the company to mention something was unavailable. No update for an entire week. Ordered on Monday: No message or email to say this is your order. No message or email to say thank you for your order. No message or email to update anything at all. The only update and single communication was from DPD to say they would deliver later in the day and STILL absolutely nothing from forest whole foods. When DPD delivered as the exact time they said (thank youDPD), suddenly Forest Whole Foods have an automatic email saying your order has been delivered. UNBELIEVABLE! Extremely disappointed with this company's lack of any communication. Would not recommend forest wholefoods to anyone after this recent purchase and trying to find alternatives for organic nuts, seeds and other products. The communication and customer service from this company is atrocious, a real shame and will not use again.

I've been buying from Forest Wholefoods for many months or even a couple of years now. It's consistently good. Delivery is good, the product, etc. Delivery packaging is cardboard and paper, so I compost and reuse that. The plastic bags for the products I reuse, peeling off the labels, or recycle with other soft plastics at the local Co-op. The prices are competitive. They are my go to. I'd recommend them.

First time ordering where it has taken 8 days to be delivered, but that could have been the order taking a day or two to be ready, no problem at all. But Other than that, great food and the super foods supplements are amazing. I honestly can’t sing this companies praises enough. Highly highly recommended. Love it and everything from here. Life long customer right here.

One of the boxes arrived with the split corner. Items could easily get lost during the transport

Hi there, Thank you for your review and we are sorry that one of the boxes has been damaged in transit. We take great care to package up our parcels carefully before sending them out to our courier and are sad to see any damage on our parcels once they have left us. We think that as this has travelled to the Isle of Man, the distance it has travelled and loading and unloading into different vans/depots might have caused the damage (with perhaps a heavy box placed on top of your parcel). We are pleased to hear that all the items were still in the parcel and that nothing was lost. Please accept our apologies for the damage caused to the box in transit.
