“I found all the items I bought good quality, within enough time to expiry. That matcha wasn't a ceremonial grade most likely because of the pale green tone and the moderate bitterness, or it just wasn't the best ceremonial grade. That would explain the low price. Anyway, the matcha tastes good once you get used to the moderate bitterness. The other issue with the matcha was the inappropriate packaging, in a plastic pouch, much bigger than 125g. I lost some powder while moving it to a better recipient. I was annoyed to see that they put a useless paper invoice in the parcel, despite asking them not to and them confirming that. Question for them: What do you think customers do when receiving a paper invoice? I definitely binned it without checking it. Please consider reducing further the wastage of materials. I cannot comment on whether the items are truly organic. I want to believe they are.”

“I bought a pack of organic tapioca four. No other place even knew what it is. It arrived in a tight packet, which means I couldn't use a small spoonful and reseal the pack. So I poured it into a plastic tub, with a lid, pulled off the labels, stuck them around the tub, and since I only use 5g of this powder, 3 x a week, it will last for ages. Tapioca is a zero protein powder with zero taste, but it is the most wonderful product of nature. It is a thickening for my Thai curries, just don't add it to a cooking sauce, as it burns stuck to the pot.”
