“Forest Whole Foods service was good, the order was processed and despatched in a timely manner. It was let down by the courier that you use. DPD failed to deliver to a University building that is open access during the day. After 2 failed deliveries the parcel was left at a drop off point in Manchester and we had to go in hunt of our product.”

“The box was damaged but goods were fine. It would be nice to have products in recyclable packaging. Also some kind of reclosable system would be helpful. Otherwise all good”

Hi there Sara, Thanks for your kind review on our company and products. Im sorry to hear that your box was damaged on receipt. We just wanted to let you know that most of our packaging is now widely recycled. You can peel off the label and drop your bags either kerbside or with the supermarket.
