“Fair prices for good organic products. Please improve your shipper box as many a time my order has arrived worse for wear - so far no damage to goods inside but only a matter of time before it gets eaten by a fox as it’s left outside the door.”

“Very good value for money on a great range of organic food. Quality generally very good, but like anywhere varies on product. Hopefully they will not faulter on quality and will keep standards high! Better to even increase the price than decrease quality please.”

“I found all the items I bought good quality, within enough time to expiry. That matcha wasn't a ceremonial grade most likely because of the pale green tone and the moderate bitterness, or it just wasn't the best ceremonial grade. That would explain the low price. Anyway, the matcha tastes good once you get used to the moderate bitterness. The other issue with the matcha was the inappropriate packaging, in a plastic pouch, much bigger than 125g. I lost some powder while moving it to a better recipient. I was annoyed to see that they put a useless paper invoice in the parcel, despite asking them not to and them confirming that. Question for them: What do you think customers do when receiving a paper invoice? I definitely binned it without checking it. Please consider reducing further the wastage of materials. I cannot comment on whether the items are truly organic. I want to believe they are.”
