Hi John, I'm sorry your delivery took longer than it should to arrive, our normal delivery times are 3 to 5 days but due to the bank holiday unfortunately this one ended up being a day late. We do also offer an express delivery option of 1 to 2 days on the website for people who may need their orders quickly. Apologies again

DPD delivered my product totally ripped, torn and the plastic holding the flour torn so floor was out This was over a week ago, two emails with photos. The product was only £17 including posting and you are challenging my honesty and patience? If you feel after seeing 3 photos and not believing this I can only say this email will move to TrustPilot ASAP

I have checked into this for you and can see that our customer services team were sorting this out for you, however you have not got back to our email with images of the damaged bag as requested. We need photos of the damaged product itself to be able to make a complaint on your behalf with our courier. Was hoping for better quality, figs are not ripe and have weird side flavour, brazilian nuts are not the freshest.

Hi there Kaija, I am sorry to hear that you are not keen on our organic brazil nuts and organic figs. Our organic brazil nuts are currently at the end of their crop, and there have been problems in sourcing a new crop due to shipping problems and supply issues. For our organic figs, I am sorry to hear that you are not keen on the taste. Our figs are normally very popular, though sometimes inconsistencies in nature do mean that the batch/crop may vary. I've been buying Quinoa flakes for many years from a local shop, and have always thoroughly enjoyed them. These flakes resemble porridge oats, whereas yours are more like flour. Unfortunately, the taste is also different and I have found the taste very disappointing.

Products are good, but unlabelled as to which country they come from. You have to trust in the website being up to date which is not ideal. I also placed an order with a small mistake and tried to adjust it minutes later. No one picked up the phone after several attempts nor did anyone respond to my email. The products weren’t sent out for a few days so I feel there was time to do something.

Reluctant to order any more products due to shocking service from courier. Forest Whole Foods the company I would give a solid 41/2 out of 5. You really need to use a reliable courier such as Parcel Force, it might cost a bit more money but your reputation is on the line. I would be happy to pay extra for a better courier. Courier said item delivered Post Office said was not delivered, I was in the middle of this argument and I'm totally fed up with it!!!

Hi there Subba, Im really sorry to hear that you were not keen on our organic brown basmati rice. We have used the same supplier and variety of rice for many years and always had good reviews. It is really important to soak and wash all rice before cooking to remove the starch which can make the rice sticky. Kind regards FWF

Order about to be returned as wrong order sent out. Forest Foods will not replace two incorrect packages and only offering a credit note. As I no longer want to deal with this company, and not be fobbed off with a credit note, I will be activating the returns via PayPal to ensure money is refunded. Will not be using or recommending Forest Whole Foods again.
