“After watching 'Dragons Den' where a candidate was presenting the nutritional value of cacao, my wife and I decided to try it. The brand presented on TV was around £50 a kilo. I found a couple of much older health food brands offering similar products at 20% of the price of that shown on TV. The one which I selected was Forest Foods organic raw cacao powder for around £11 kilo. We have been using it and found it very good.”

“Good organic food, some issues with the figs which in my experience were very poor from Turkey this year 2024. However this was resolved promptly and all other products. Not sure on the honey but then finding pure unadulterated honey these days is almost impossible unless you take from the hive yourself (I recommend investing in a swarm trap and getting your own wild bees for free - and helping provide a home also, it's very easy if you read up how). All in all, very good organic products at competitive prices. I recommend the medjool dates sold by Forest whole foods from Israel (ps please don't buy into divide and conquer, unity is the way forward not taking sides) these are the best dates I have found anywhere and at a fair price! I recommend Forest Whole Foods very much.”

“Really pleased with the Organic porridge oats. The oats are very smooth. Will certainly be making a further order in the future. The only constructive feedback I would like to offer is the pick up service could be improved. I arrived to pick up the product, however no one answered the phone when I rang, as instructed on the door, so had to return to try again at a later time. Luckily I only live a few streets away, but wouldn’t have been too happy had I travelled a distance.”

“Great website, easy to compare size and price options, easy ordering and fast delivery. Only concern was the short use by date on two bags of flour. Everything else was long dates. However we will shop here again.”

“In general a great range of products and order always arrive packed really efficiently and without lots of plastic. I do a monthly order for staples like lentils and beans (the broad beans are incredibly good) plus nuts. Generally the quality is high although the nuts can be variable. We had salty macadamias on our last order, the almonds are currently a bit flavourless (but still better than your supermarket fare). Seasonal availability maybe? The walnuts are always excellent.”

“Quick accurate delivery of well packed goods. Most products had best by dates with good longevity. (DPD didn't hang around to make sure the person who was in came to the door but did leave box in appropriate place)”

“I was very pleased with all of my products and the service provided by Forest Whole Foods apart from the organic dried pitted prunes. These were really tough to chew and very hard to eat. I will have to source these from somewhere else in future.”

“Good products easy delivery. Only a shame they don’t show if they’re heavy metal tested as that would be my main concern with herbs and spices these days. Only place I could find cayenne pepper so that was pretty ace along with very reasonable prices. Big win”
