“This is my second batch of red maca from you. I bought it for it’s alleged effect on male disfunction. Not something I really want to share. I’m giving it one more try, but I’m not incredibly hopeful.”

“I would have gave 5 stars but this is my 4th time ordering dried figs and what a let down. All the other products I've consumed from yourselves have been good but figs far from it hence the 3 star rating.”

“Lovely products. Shame took 8 working days to arrive (10 days total from order being placed) - had to chase up. Customer service ok until super heavy boxes arrived damaged - split wide open - then no response to that message. No products lost/damaged luckily. No offer of compensation for extra time waiting or having to chase up. Difficult as waiting for food with money already spent and empty cupboards... Will try again once more as really like their ethos/products, will see...”

Hi there Gemma, We are really sorry that we missed your email in our inbox. We set a limit of 25kg per box to minimise damage, which is lower than the 31kg limit that the courier sets. This normally means that we get much lower amounts of damage reported. We are working on a turnaround of 3 to 5 working days, which we meet for more than 99% of our orders. Hi Brian, Thanks for your review. There was a price increase on our organic coconut palm sugar. Due to the virus there has been short supply and price increases on coconut products as Indonesia and Sri Lanka struggle to pick and process the products. Our price still seems to be one of the best on the market. Kind regards

“Out of six items, I have tried two. Cashew nuts are damp and not tasty, worst I have ever had. However corn flakes are great and the best I have ever had. This is why 3 stars.”

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. We are conscientious company who think carefully about the impact of our activities. We use packaging which is widely recyclable. Our labels are peelable. Simply peel off the label and recycle the packaging with the supermarket carrier bag schemes. Kind regards

“Unfortunately the figs were not as good as my last order, very small & hard. I know some suppliers soak them to make them more user friendly! Don't want this but a plumper product would be good”

“Shipping was fast and the product quality is good. But, everytime I eat walnuts there is a few shells in a handful of walnuts. I luckily avoided chipping my teeth quite a few times!”

“We are regular customers and would normally rate the products 5 star. However this time in addition to our normal order we odered a 1kg bag of walnut halves. I have enclosed a photograph and it is clear to see that the halves are bits and pieces and crumbs and of no use whatsoever for 'snacking'. Very disappointing and we would not be purchasing these again or recommending to others.”

“I was expecting delivery 3 to 5 days so I order I was sent a message it will be delivered the next day I phone up Before it had been sent out and ask for it to be delayed for a couple of days because not at home. He said that’s ok I can delay it for a couple days did not listen still Sent it for next day delivery”

“Delivery has been very good. Even though it was by DPD which can be awful. Maybe I have just been lucky, but the parcel arrived without going astray, and delivery person was friendly. The only problem was he handed the box to me.. it was very heavy and I have a bad arm... he should have said it was heavy but in any case, in current situation he should have put it down at the door, knocked and stepped back.”
