“Easily one of the best online shops in the UK right now, and probably the best wholefoods and health foods companies. The food is all excellent quality, the orders are sensibly packed and sent in a very reasonable timeframe. Prices are reasonable or quite competitive at worst. The website is flawless - what shows as 'in stock' is always actually in stock, the webpages are well designed, uncluttered, and easy to navigate. I will always return to Forest Wholefoods - it is one of the best shopping experiences I've had!”

“Forestwholefoods store is a running staple in our house from nuts, herbs, pulses…the list goes on!! The quality is always better than in regular stores, great value for mostly organic produce 😊 Lots of nutritional info and recipes, simply amazing!!”

“I normally would give five stars but this time Forest Whole Foods let me down a bit. I ordered various items (dried fruits, seeds and mixed organic nuts). The order came to a little over £37 so it qualified for free delivery. When it arrived there were no nuts. The next day, before I had gotten around to calling them, I received an email from Forest Whole Foods explaining that they had run out of stock. No problem. It’s a shame that their website didn’t show such (the order was all about the nuts really) but never mind. Where it does become slightly irksome is that when the stock of nuts arrives I will want to make a new order. But unless I order £40-ish of them I will not qualify for free delivery. Which was kind of the point of the size of my order first time around.”

We take the quality of our products seriously at Forest Whole Foods and conduct organoleptic testing on every batch of products we receive and nothing unusual has been found with either the organic macadamia nuts or organic pine nuts generally or the specific batches you have received. In addition, we have not had any other customer feedback about either the batches you received or products generally. We have looked into this and do not appear to have received a message from you. “Products are great but you can not say you have not got walnut,berry mix send the rest you either refund or send 5 pounds for compensation so we can get it somewhere else”
