“I have not received my order. I saw a missed delivery leaflet from Royalmail stating that they’ll redeliver but that hasn’t happened. So where’s my order please? Thanks.”

Hi there, thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that there have been issues with the delivery of your order on this occasion. We have looked into this and can see that we processed and dispatched your order to Royal Mail on 22nd May and we sent you a message which contained the tracking details for the parcel at this time. We can see that Royal Mail tried to deliver this parcel to you on 24th May, but were not able to reach you. We are sorry that a second delivery attempt has not been made by Royal Mail. I have contacted Royal Mail for you and requested a redelivery of your parcel as soon as possible and this should be with you between now and the 6th June. “Have orders from this company 3 times now. Previously I always ordered from bulk powders or my protein, however I was concerned about all the nasties in their products flavourings etc plus their prices have risen dramatically over the past 2 years. Really please with this companies competitive pricing, organic products and shipping has been exceptional so far. I will only be using Forest from now on.”

“Great price for organic produce. Only minor niggle was with the courier. Despite us being in, the delivery driver didn't use the knocker on the frontdoor (as requested by a sign in the window - our bell doesn't work), but (I assume) tapped with his fist - we were at the back of the house and didn't hear, so the order was taken back to the depot. The next day I was in the front when re-delivery was attempted - this time I DID hear the rather feeble knocking sound! This is not a problem with Forest Foods, but perhaps they could have words with their courier! I have given all products an average review as I have not yet chance to try them. I don't really think it shoud be compulsary to rate the products”
