There is obviously some problem with your delivery service. I have been in touch with you several times to find out where my purchase is. It is over a week since I ordred and you ahve sent several emails saying the goods have been delivred. The haven't.

Hi there Jane, I am sorry to hear that your parcel has not arrived with you yet. We have been working closely with you and our courier to try to rectify this problem. Unfortunately our courier delivered to the wrong address so we organised a resend. We had not heard back from your that this resend had not arrived. I have been in contact with my account manager this morning regarding the resend, and they are going to investigate why it has not reached you yet. This was my second order had a discount code from review of 1st order which i could not use when paying.This was stated in 2nd order but not rectified

MANY OF THE ITEMS EXPIRE WAS ALMOST UP AND WHEN I PHONE DISCUSSED MY CONCERN THE PERSON WAS VERY UNREASONABLE, THEREFORE I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FORM YOU SITE ANYLONGER.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our best before dates. Some products naturally have shorter dates, such as the flour you ordered. Our flour is natural and not bleached or heat treated to extend its shelf life. It is no problem at all to return any products in which the product has a best before date that does not meet your requirements. We are upset to have lost you as a customer but we wish you all the best.

Law quality and unfresh products Pecan large piece are rather very small pieces with unpleasant, unfresh taste .

I was disappointed with the beans which I received these are not Pinto beans as advertised but are Rosecoco beans. Please label your product rightly.

I haven’t received my parcel yet it, has been lost. And I’m very disappointed with the delivery and I like to complain. Would you please send me another order if not I would like to refund my money. I was your customer and not happy with the service.

Hi there, Im really sorry to hear that was an issue with your delivery. We have looked into this and can see that your order was delivered to your neighbour as you were not home. Extremely & disgusted with what happened with my purchase , please see my review on Facebook on there website for full story , Kingsley (owner) lied about best before dates which under the misdescribed terms and conditions so wanted to returned but he wouldn’t do. Wished I see other reviews because he notorious for it, stay away from this company , spend else where.

the seeds were delivered very promptly and I am very pleased with them -I'd better not say the price is very reasonable because you might then put your prices up -does the interior bag have to be made of plastic -could it not be paper- I like the idea that the seeds are european since the alternative which I used to buy from a well known store called S....... came from China hence more air or sea miles and much more expensive and possibly contaminated as much of the soil and air is contaminated in China. However when Brexit takes hold there will probably be a tariff on produce from Eastern Europe which may make it uneconomic to send goods from e europe to the Uk-this is what the Brexiteers wanted of course . So overall v happy with my purchase -but how long will the good times last?

My order was supposed to take 2-4 days. 7 days later I tried calling no one answered the phone, so I sent an email asking what the state of my delivery was. I was told that one of items wasn't available so instead of telling me, they just waited till they got it and eventually 10 days or so later I received my delivery-minus one of the items in my list. So I had to write again to ask where my missing item was and eventually they apologised and sent me the item. So you can understand why I won't using Forest Whole Foods ever again.

Delivery is awful. They are keeping the parcel at depot for 1 week now, not bringing it.
