“Used to love this company. But when you spend several hundred on an order and still, more than a week later, you've not heard a thing from them, and they force you to phone them up multiple times to find out what's going on, only to be told *someone* couldn't be bothered to process your order because one of their products lacked a barcode - well, never again! I've blacklisted them and will go elsewhere even if I have to pay more. And I'm taking the 7-8 other people I've directed towards them over the years as well. I hope it helps them get their act together, but I honestly doubt they care.”

Hi there Simon Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the delivery of your order on this occasion. We have looked into this carefully for you and can see that we processed your order initially within 3 working days, which would have reached you within the 5 working days which is given on the delivery option which you selected. However, you then called us to let us know that the address that was given for the order was incorrect. We managed to stop your order from leaving us and changed the delivery address for you, as requested. This unfortunately meant your order was a little delayed and was received by you a day later than our 5 working day delivery aim. It will be a shame to lose you but we hope you have a great weekend. “The food quality is good, and so is customer service. The courier did not deliver my order and Forest Whole Foods dealt with it quickly and on my request sent the replacement by Royal Mail, which is much more reliable in my area. Very satisfied with both the products and the company”
