About Forest Gallery :

Forest Gallery is an independent, family-run business established in the UK since 1980. With humble beginnings, the first-generation husband & wife team (Linda & Chris) started trading on market stalls come rain or shine. After opening a series of galleries over a 30-year period, Forest Gallery settled in the quintessential town of Petworth (West Sussex) in 2016 under the guidance of second-generation husband & wife team, Ashley & Cristina. They recently expanded to Guildford (Surrey), opening their second gallery space 'Forest Gallery Studio & Framing' with on-site framing and customer parking. The galleries offer a portfolio of over 100 international artists covering a wide variety of styles from traditional to contemporary.

The ethos at Forest is delivering unique, great-quality artwork at affordable prices. Both galleries are praised for having a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, where expertise is channelled into supporting clients and giving 5-star customer service.

“We called into the gallery where a lovely lady talked to us about various artists. A week later we couldn't get the picture out of our minds, I emailed an enquiry form and I received a call straight back. I purchased the painting and arranged to have it delivered within a couple of days. A little later that same day I had a call from the gallery again and the painting was delivered that same night by the owner himself. Fantastic service would recommend them to anyone. In this day and age it is just so good to receive such quality service. The painting now has pride of place in my lounge.”

“Absolutely delighted with our picture - Summer Stroll by Gerhard Nesvadba. When we collected the painting we found two more pictures by Nel What more- and just had to have them too!!! The whole experience was a delight, and would certainly recommend this gallery to anyone looking for quality paintings. Just like David we were just passing through the village, but we couldn't resist our picture and there was no 'hard sell. VERY well done Forest Gallery, well worth a trip to Petworth.”

“Just walking past this gallery in Petworth, with absolutely no intention of buying any art work, we had to stop and look at a particularly stunning painting in the window. This drew us in to have a closer look. Ashley was very helpful. He told us about the artist, printed off her information and offered us the take it home and try service. Which we took advantage of when we returned later that day. At no point was there any ‘hard sell’. Only helpful suggestions. The painting looked stunning in our house! We had to have it! I would certainly recommend this gallery. An unexpected but excellent experience. Well worth a trip to Petworth to ‘just have a look’. Thank you Ashley.”
