“I have had a plan with Foresters for 12 years now and only just had to contact them today. The young lady I spoke with whose name is Laura Rowe was perfect. The fact the name itself has ‘friendly’ in the title is an understatement. She was pitch perfect. Her tone of voice was exceptional. Really cared and I could have stayed on the phone for ages. She dealt with my query with speed and accuracy. Knew exactly what I wanted even before I did. What a legend! I hope this compliment gets back to her because she made my day. Thank you Laura!”

“Outstanding Customer service and amazing member benefits included with plan. I’m especially interested in using the Educational award and optical and dental grants but it’s also good to know about the Financial support I could get if needed and the child support fund as well after the minimum time frame for those to activate.”

“I was looking for somewhere to lodge my savings and remembered that many years ago my grandmother had been so very well cared for in a home for the elderly and nursing home in Bridlington that went by the name of the Foresters and I suppose was run by the society. So with that sense of gratitude in mind I decided I would lodge my savings with the Foresters Friendly Society They provided all the information I needed and the process was simple and quick to invest and begin to see some fruit from this long-term saving plan Thank you”

“I rarely take time to write reviews but I wanted to flag up the stellar customer service I have received from Laura at Foresters Friendly. I had been trying to transfer a Junior ISA from another provider who were dragging their feet. Laura has called and emailed countless times, chasing the missing transfer and keeping me updated throughout. I am happy to say that now my transfer has completed and I now have opened another account with FF. Laura helped me every step of the way. It is very unusual to get to talk to the same person in a company these days, much less to see them proactively deal with issues on a customer's behalf. I wish everyone I dealt with was like Laura. Absolutely brilliant service and a credit to her employer. Thank you!”
