To reassure you, our digital capabilities are currently in the process of being expanded and a member portal will be available soon which will allow you to view your plan details securely online. We will notify you once access is available. In the meantime, we can provide plan values over the phone on 0800 988 2418, and we also send out annual statements detailing the value of your plan. “the overall experience is great and quite easy to open the account but the website is not user-friendly. Could you provide a login to user to review their ISA? the website is not user-friendly, i can't find the login page to review my profile. it seems not secure. Hopefully can add this function in the page.”
