“Good straightforward website. As a grandparent some savings accounts for grandchildren place obstacles to setting up an account, for some unknown reason. This one doesn't do that.”

“I have recently invested in a Lifetime ISA with Foresters FS, with the website telling me that it was "straightforward financial solutions with a human touch". However, there is absolutely no sense of a "human touch" from any of your communications so far. My corporate pension plan with Aviva is nothing special, but they have an online account where I can log in, and it will give me projections of how much I could get in retirement, and whether I'm on course for my target.....the quarterly communications I recieve from them are large colourful packs filled with info. In comparison, your introductory pack was a lifeless colourless letter, with a cancellation letter and a black and white leaflet, that didn't even contain all the information (it tells me to look up some PPFM). There is no indication of what the regular bonuses have been in the past etc, and you are supposed to be a friendly society. Very dissapointing”

This does contain all of the relevant details policyholders require but we are disappointed you felt it lacked the vibrancy of other materials you’ve seen. As a mutual we are run and owned by our members and try to keep costs to a minimum whilst using our profits to return to members. “The staff are friendly and was simple to set up. Generally a good society but my one complaint is that there is a big need to modernise and add a app at the very least. If there was an ability to see your account balance online and do payments online I would be more than willing contribute more. Other than that, keep up with your great work. A lot of potential.”

It is currently possible to make one off payments online to top up an existing an ISA, Junior ISA, Lifetime ISA or Child Trust find, all accessible from the product pages. We do know online account access is something our members have expressed an interest in and it is something we are absolutely looking into. “The one thing I don't like is that I cannot access my account on line as I can with all my other accounts. I also emailed you about this several months ago and got no response so I think you could improve your communication and have a logon facility. Annie”

“Apart from being a good investment, we enjoy the social aspect of the society. We are members of two Courts and attend their meetings and social functions. I would recommend the Society to any of my friends and relatives.”

“I had been a sickness policy holder since around 1985, and over the intervening 35 years made successful claims for various sickness and surgeries. That policy expired when I became an OAP... I decided to remain a member paying £25 a Year annual subscription... and fortunately you were able to help me out with the cost of some dental work that I had to undergo within a year which was much appreciated...thank you...M Bennett.”

“The mark given would have been much higher, but when I did take out the NEW savings plan it was very difficult to get the shopping voucher £25, which I was promised. It was only through a formal complaint Free a period did I get the £25, with no reflection of my time or expense. Also, I feel as a loyal customer of over 20years the loyalty Foresters FS shows to customers like me, could be vastly improved.”
