“I haven’t had my annual statement yet but there is always someone at the end of an email / phone with any questions I had”

“avoid using this company, its taken me over a month to get back my money after approval, I've sent a number of emails chasing up payment and promised dates via email and never received I'm owed over £3000 pounds, still on going to this date.”
