“This is my second time purchasing from Forelo, I had a query about a bulb from the electric wax burner I bought last year from them, I messaged and had an answer within 5 minutes, she gave me clear information and a link to get the bulb replacement I needed. Always fab service and outstanding communication it was so quick. I love that it’s a small business that I’m supporting . I recommend the “one million” was melt. By far my favourite and I have 10+ scents from there. Best of luck in 2021 and your 2nd year of business Jess.”
