“Based here in Germany finding good insurance is difficult. I prefer an English policy as I can understand. I was insured with another Forces broker who were awful. Thankfully I found out about Forces Solutions from a friend. It was the best recommendation. Forces Solutions actually understand the requirements out here and can cater for them in abundance. Knowing my BFPO location was a good start something thier competitors struggled with. I highly recommend Forces Solutions”

“Very good insurance broker although quite high prices but this seems to be the same with all European insurance. Communication very good with no confusion when purchasing products. Friendly, helpful staff. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“I simply cannot recommend these enough. As a serviceman based overseas we are very limited in terms of car insurance availability without paying through the nose. That is not the case here, the premiums are less than anywhere else and Sandip and his team could not do enough to help me. I have recommended Forces Solutions to many people far and wide and have heard constant praise from across the board. Highly HIGHLY recommended.”

“Over-inflated premiums based on a captured market. The premiums are not comparable with UK premiums and penalise soldiers for serving in BFG. This fails the military convenant and exploits serving personnel who have limited options. Your questionnaire is also irrelevant! What flaming delivery?! Sums up your company, out of touch and exploiting soldiers who commit their lives to service for the greater good. Shame on you.”

Mr Johnson-Motyl, thank you for taking the time to share your comments. I understand your point. However to be fair you can't compare pricing in the UK compared to pricing in Germany. We try our best to ensure we are competitive, Insurance for BFG is always more expensive, that's why we have packed our policy with useful additional benefits such as the optional Guaranteed Hire car etc. Typical UK insurance only comes with limited European cover where as our policy comes with unrestricted cover. We have regular meetings with our underwriters and will take on board your comments. Thank you once again for your feedback, as a new company we rely on this feedback to ensure we are progressing in the right direction.

“My experience with Forces Solutions has been nothing but pleasant. Sandip and Hitesh were polite and explained everything to me that I needed to know, which included explaining how driving Other Cars works (no insurance has ever explained this to me in 13 years of driving!) Sandip did my quotation and he was so nice and patient with me. It felt conversational and not a chore like most insurance quotes. Hitesh dealt with me when I started the insurance and he is just lovely! Explaining terms and conditions and cancellation in a way I could understand and it didn’t sound as though he was a robot reeling off a script. I can’t recommend them enough :-)”
