“Product is perfect as arrived fast not giving 3 stars only because the website itself sends you too many spam emails after buying one item. Or inbetween buying sends also too many text messages if you were half through buying an item to keep reminding you. No need for all that”

“I ordered 2 items; the organic baby wrap and the for your little one 3-in-1 travel system. The travel system came damaged. I was sent another to replace the first, which turned out to have worst damage. Customer service doesn't ensure that the problem is resolved (ie ensuring your products are okay before sending, etc). I was also offered a £70 refund if I was to keep the travel system which was ridiculous considering 2 out of 3 parts were damaged.”

“Lovely footmuff. Had lots of compliments as it was very stylish and fitted well on to my Chicco pram. However, the zip has now broken on one side which makes me feel it’s not or great quality and that is a real shame as I’ve not had it long at all and it can no longer be used.”

“The actual basket is lovely but the fact the stand in the box is packed on top of the mattress isn’t a good idea because it puts weight on the mattress before it’s even used. Plus the mattress is not in a cover to protect it and is covered in dirt from where the box got battered in transition. The blanket also not in packaging and covered in dirt.”
