Won't buy off them again they fobbed me off with old stock for a purchase I made a couple of months ago to sell new stock at same price I got given outdated version only found out when I contacted them via isofix base they sold old stock at same price they then had the audacity to tell me I can purchase a new car seat if wanted I haven't even used this one yet I've just paid for disgusting service tbh

Ordered a Mosses basket and stand. The Mosses Basket was defective, the stand was also defective. I paid €76.85 foe the Mosses Basket with two Sheets. I will never use this company again. They have Terrible customer service. They sent me a link to pay to return the product. I paid it using the link they sent to find out it there is no drop off location where I live. They refused to give me back this money spent to return their defective product. I then used the second link they sent me and paid a total of €32 to return a €76 purchase. They received the return and proceeded to only refund me €58. I would not recommend anyone use this company for anything. There is very similar Mosses baskets on Amazon cheaper and at least Amazon will refund you the amount you paid. Horrible experience for a first time Mom struggling with the cost of buying everything I need for new baby.

Is tilts to the side. As into the bed! And ive tried numerous of times to get hold of them and I can’t get through there’s no answer all the time. I have WhatsApp they asked me what my receipt number was which I messaged Back and still no reply.

Received email saying delivered . Was here all day . Asked for proof of delivery was sent a pic which was not my address . Asked to check gps to get accurate location at time stated it was delivered to be told they had item returned back to them ???? Apologised and told replacement would be sent asap . 3 weeks later still no item . And stopped replying to my emails . Requested refund through my bank . Very unprofessional company . AVOID

We purchased what was described as 100% cotton fitted sheets for our little boys travel cot. They were very poor quality and we sent them back. Now waiting for a refund which seems to be taking forever

Sadly the buggy board could not fix to my iCandy buggy so the item was returned. Perhaps don’t advertise that it is compatible with that type.

I ordered a Moses basket for my unborn child, paid the money, had an e-mail to say it was in transit….Happy days!!3 days later I get an e-mail to say the Moses basket is now out of stock. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting 5 days later. Shocking!!
