“My box was all ripped and the morses basket is damaged”

“Absolutely love the cosy toes car seat. I have just purchased the pram one to match. The only thing wrong was delivery. I paid for delivery to be here within 3 days, but the website says 5 days for personalised. Shouldn't offer the earlier delivery if you can't do it on the time scale offered.”
