“I had purchased the Venicci Tinum 2.0 Sabia 3-1 travel system and received this pram the day after. Unfortunately for the 4 stars is due to receiving the wrong car seat but after speaking to the customer care team they exchanged my car seat and then received the correct one a couple days later! I do thank the customer care team for really helping me out as I ordered pram a few weeks before baby was due which having the wrong car seat did stress me out as much, as we can imagine! I was provided with the correct car seat and may I add that the exchange was done within 3 days! Brilliant service & will definitely be buying again.”

“Reasonable quality for the price. Fits my Joie buggy. I like that the top foot muff is removable so you can use the bottom part as a liner. Fleece on the inside is comfortable and cosy.”

“Prices fantastic pram was excellent but as I bought 3 in 1 pram and a carseat holder I thought the seat holder would fit the seat from 3 in 1 as they do sell as a set on website but unfortunately did not fit as I bought well in advance for granddaughter did not return so had to find a separate seat to fit would suggest being questioned on orders would be good idea so not ordering wrong items but a really good site”

“Great product, does what it needs to do. Could be a tiny bit quicker to take on and off the pram and colour was a tiny bit off from the photo but happy with the product and much more reasonably priced than Mamas & Papas.”

“Ordered a moses basket but didn't receive it when expected. I phoned the company and the lady l spoke to said it seems to have been lost in transit so arranged for a replacement to be sent. Then l received an email saying the one l ordered in lemon had a problem with the fit of the lining and offered another colour. I ok-ed this as baby is due and didn't want to start another order with different company. I received the basket the next day and am pleased with it. However, we did the find the fitting of the hood very fiddly (this wasn't fitted on at despatch) and would suggest the instructions are headed FITTING OF HOOD and not ASSEMBLY OF HOOD as the hood had been assembled. Took us a little while to work out the instructions!”

“Delivery was rapid and arrived on time. Cot mattress is much smaller than bottom of cot. I have a auk travel cot that I have had for years and the mattress in that fits the bottom of the cot exactly.”

“Super happy with our purchase of a feeding pillow and I’d highly recommend it! Only reason I’ve marked down is because I paid for NDD and it didn’t come until the day after that, I’m guessing that’s because I ordered on a Sunday but it would have been nice if that was stated somewhere on the website. The packaging was also severely damaged, luckily the item was fine though!”
