“Black and pink footmuff. Decent enough fit for icandy lime. More leg room for my daughter than her old icandy one. Great for the price. It doesn’t have the poppers to attach to the pram hood/frame but can’t complain about that with the price”

“I ordered 2 items; the organic baby wrap and the for your little one 3-in-1 travel system. The travel system came damaged. I was sent another to replace the first, which turned out to have worst damage. Customer service doesn't ensure that the problem is resolved (ie ensuring your products are okay before sending, etc). I was also offered a £70 refund if I was to keep the travel system which was ridiculous considering 2 out of 3 parts were damaged.”

“Lovely footmuff. Had lots of compliments as it was very stylish and fitted well on to my Chicco pram. However, the zip has now broken on one side which makes me feel it’s not or great quality and that is a real shame as I’ve not had it long at all and it can no longer be used.”

“I ordered a Moses basket for my unborn child, paid the money, had an e-mail to say it was in transit….Happy days!!3 days later I get an e-mail to say the Moses basket is now out of stock. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting 5 days later. Shocking!!”
