“Pram not delivered, the courier didn’t want to take parcel to my door. He threw the packages. Already one parcel has been opened and box damaged. I waited for that delivery a week. Second time in a row the courier was so rude, totally unprofessional. I told I’m pregnant he told me to take parcels with me from his van. Really joke. I want a refund. I pay a lot of money for the item an d the courier throws the boxes like is something inside what costs £1.”
