These mugs are hand glazed with a reflective glaze so each batch does come in different. Hello Simon, We are sorry you felt our shipping was not quick. We can see that you placed your order on a Friday afternoon after our 1pm cut off for dispatch that day. We then dispatched this on the Monday as we are closed on a weekend. Tracking this we can see that it was delivered on the Thursday which would fall under our 3-5 working day delivery service that you paid for. “I'll preface by saying that I love Folk Interiors and it's one of my favourite websites to browse and look at all the cute homewares! However, I ordered the HK Living Java coffee cups and was super disappointed to see that instead of 4 unique cups, there was 2 of the same cup in the set - which meant that the set was missing the pink cup (my favourite one!). I know it's not the end of the world but I was really looking forward to sipping from that pink cup tomorrow morning haha! I'm not going to bother sending the cups back, I'll just order a single pink cup and have a set of 5 instead! Delivery was fast and efficient as usual and I can't fault anything else about the experience - I'd still recommend this shop to anyone!”

“Quality of product was great, however the packaging was absolutely destroyed upon delivery. Possibly using bubble wrap would’ve been a better option. I don’t think anything was damaged, but the box looked like someone sat on it and threw it across the room. The ladle is smooth and really lightweight although I thought it would be a little deeper based on dimensions provided. Overall, beautiful and really cute product.”
