1) 1 of 4 spoons has ugly deformation: it has ugly acne-like whitish shape at spoon end, unlike all other spoons and the website photo 2) the “made in our UK studio” bowl has “made in China” stamp. If I wanted to support China, I’d buy from Ali. I’m glad I didn’t order more plates there. 3) napkin rings are nice. Hope at least they are made in Europe.

We do ship everything from our own warehouse in the UK although we are multi brand and many of our brands have their own factories worldwide. I ordered two of the little Mouse chairs for my toddler which looked super cute. Unfortunately only one arrived and the paint is all cracked around the sides. Very disappointing indeed.

Took a reminder email to receive as my order got missed. Unhappy with butter dish as the glaze makes the dish appear chipped so l emailed but l have had no reply from the company regarding a refund or exchange. Very disappointing.

The items were advertised as being 48 hour delivery and 2-3 day dispatch. After 7 days teh item has still not been delivered (in reality it seems to have been a 5-day dispatch)

The products we received were lovely and great quality. However getting the products shipped took a lot longer than the website indicated at point of purchase. One of the items I had ordered for the start of my son's nursery settling in sessions, the product didn't arrive in time.

Hello Kerry, we are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations on delivery. We can see that we fulfilled this within three working days but then delivery by Royal Mail took four days. This should not have been the case as you paid for the 48 hour delivery speed, we do apologise on their behalf and we are of course very sorry we missed the first day back for your son. Order still hasn’t arrived. Communication is lacking a little bit, no update about late arrival, only after contacting I received information. Review may vary when my product finally arrives

Handles if baskets I bought were very flimsy and coming unwound. I’m not sure I can hang them. Luckily I was going to put very light things in there.

Placed order more than 3 weeks ago - still not received so impossible to review! I have not been kept updated at any stage and it was only through chasing myself that I found out the last pot was broken and you were waiting for more. Very poor service and I still don’t know when I will receive it! Julia McCulloch

One of the items I ordered was out of stock but they only told me about this when I complained that it had not arrived. I still have not received the other item that was meant to be delivered today!

Says it’s been delivered but it definitely hasn’t. Checked with all the neighbours and still nothing. Emailed to enquire but heard nothing back.

I'm not sure who this is but please check your junk email as sometimes our emails go there. Also the tracking link should take you to the royal mail page when you follow it which will have the photograph of where it is left and the GPS tracking number on the map where it was left. Please get in touch so I can resolve this. Katy

Have to say only a ⭐️⭐️from me so far… I ordered on 28th August but still haven’t received my items. Only two side plates so a bit concerned they’ve disappeared! The post office tracking is not very helpful, but I’m sure they’ll turn up then I can write a proper review… sorry Folk Interiors.

Hello Marta, Sorry you were unhappy with the delivery time frame. We don't pack orders at the weekend as we like to spend it with our families. Your order was despatched within two working days and was delivered within the 3 - 5 days stated at the time of ordering. Package arrived quickly and beautifully packaged, but unfortunately was broken. I emailed straight away to talk to folk interiors about returning but have had no response.

Our purchase was let down by the performance of the delivery partner - in this case ParcelForce. The parcel was not collected for 7 days after purchase, and the tracking never became active. Without the tracking, or any notification email, ParcelForce never provided any advance warning of when the delivery would be made, until nearly three weeks after purchase they posted a note through the door to say the parcel was at a depot and needed to be collected. Overall, unimpressed.
