“I would have found some more detailed photos helpful to show the colours of the china more accurately. Where Folk really shocked me was the complete lack of customer service: I sent two emails asking if it were possible to swap some colours around with a set of 70s glasses. Not only did they not do that, but they didn’t even bother to get back to me about it. The lid doesn’t fit very well on the sugar bowl I bought, but with zero customer service I won’t bother notifying them. I buy a lot of HKLiving but I will definitely look around for another supplier with better customer service.”

“Although my order took a little longer than expected to arrive, it was worth the wait. My items were beautifully packaged in gorgeous paper and were carefully presented in the box they arrived in. The friendship bracelet is lovely. I haven’t used the bamboo cake plates yet but they are just what I was looking for. Will be shopping on this site again!”

“I loved the items I ordered however I was a little disappointed as the ballerina mouse , big sister was very small as a gift for a baby. I was not clear of the size but went with the recognition of a gift for a baby.”
